The Board of Directors of Coastal is pleased to announce that the consortium comprising its Mexican joint venture company, Coastoil Dynamic S.A. de C.V. (“CD”), Sistemas Integrales de Compresión S.A. de C.V. (“SIC”) and Nuvoil S.A. de C.V. (“Nuvoil”) (collectively, the “Consortium”) has on 23 January 2026 received an Emergency Work Instruction (“EWI”) from Petróleos Mexicanos (“PEMEX”), the Mexican state-owned petroleum company.
