For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcement made on 28 January 2022.

Further to the announcement made on 28 January 2022 , the Board of Directors (“Board”) of ACME wishes to announce that the Company have mutually agreed to extend the completion period of the  Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Ramsey Properties Sdn Bhd  (the “Vendor”) for a period of Twelve (12) months from  27 January 2026 to 27 January 2027 free of interest. For avoidance of doubt, all other terms and conditions of the SPA remain unchanged.
