Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 27 October 2025, 5 November 2025, 11 November 2025, 14 November 2025 and 2 December 2025.
The Company wishes to announce that today was fixed for fixed for next case management (CM) of the above appeal.
During the CM, the Appellant’s solicitors informed the Court that Appellant wishes to withdraw the appeal with no order as to costs and the Respondent has no objection to the same. The Court then directed the Appellant to file the notice of withdrawal of appeal (Notice) by 29 January 2026.
The next CM will be fixed on 29 January 2026 for the Appellant’s solicitors to update on the status of the filing of the Notice.
