1) 34,760,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of Cimsec Nominees (Asing) Sdn Bhd CIMB for Polo Investments Limited (PB);

2) 8,900,500 ordinary shares are registered in the name of CGS International Nominees Malaysia (Asing) Sdn Bhd Pledged Securities Account for Polo Investments Limited (M4553B);

3) 11,899,500 ordinary shares are registered in the name of CGS International Nominees Malaysia (Asing) Sdn Bhd Pledged Securities Account for Polo Investments Limited (M3831C);

4) 450,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of Cimsec Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd CIMB for Mettiz Capital Sdn Bhd (PB);

5) 28,560,726 ordinary shares are registered in the name of Affin Hwang Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd Pledged Securities Account for Mettiz Capital Sdn Bhd; and

6) 9,138,900 ordinary shares are registered in the name of CGS International Nominees Malaysia (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd Pledged Securities Account for Mettiz Capital Sdn Bhd (MY3831).

The percentage of the direct and indirect/deemed interest are calculated based on the issued share capital of 737,395,328 ordinary shares.
