= Number of PCHEM-C1O x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM3.3460 was determined based on the average closing price of the PCHEM Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised PCHEM-C1O will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to PCHEM-C1O shall terminate absolutely.
