We wish to announce that MAHSING-C81 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 27 January 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of MAHSING-C81 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of MAHSING-C81 x (RM1.1440 - RM1.3500) x (1/2.5)
= Number of MAHSING-C81 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM1.1440 was determined based on the average closing price of the MAHSING Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised MAHSING-C81 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to MAHSING-C81 shall terminate absolutely.
