We wish to announce that TENAGA-C3C has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 27 January 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of TENAGA-C3C x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of TENAGA-C3C x (RM13.8480 - RM15.0000) x (1/8)
= Number of TENAGA-C3C x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM13.8480 was determined based on the average closing price of the TENAGA Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised TENAGA-C3C will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to TENAGA-C3C shall terminate absolutely.
