Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 02 Jan 2026 in relation to the resignation of UHY Malaysia PLT as auditor of the Company and nomination of Morison LC PLT as new auditors of the Company respectively.

The Board of Directors of G Capital wishes to announce Morison LC PLT, having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Company Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 27 January 2026 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
