Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 26 January 2026.
The Board wishes to clarify that the estimated financial impact of the flood incident should be read as follows:
Total Loss: THB 4.351 million (equivalent to approximately RM0.566 million) Estimated Insurance Coverage: THB 4.238 million (equivalent to approximately RM0.551 million) Estimated Net Loss to the Group: THB 0.113 million (equivalent to approximately RM0.015 million)
*Remark: The amendment relates solely to the estimated net loss to the Group in RM, which should be read as “RM0.015 million” and does not affect any other information disclosed.
