Pursuant to the mediation held on 26 January 2026 and in respect of the ongoing court proceedings, the Board of Directors of Midtown wishes to inform that the Court has directed the parties to draw up a detailed Consent Judgment, and has fixed 30 January 2026 for the hearing to record the Consent Judgment.
