Today, 27 January 2026 was scheduled for Case Management (CM) of Application 279 by way of e-review before the Deputy Registrar. During the CM, the Applicants’ solicitor updated the Registrar that their transfer application filed in PW745 is also fixed for CM today before the Registrar in PW745 where directions will be given on the exchange of affidavits.
The said Registrar informed parties that Yang Arif's direction is for both matters to be heard together. The said Registrar adjourned the matter and fixed the next CM on 12 February 2026.
