Refer to the Company’s announcements made on 9 June 2025, 10 June 2025, 11 June 2025, 19 June 2025, 23 June 2025, 25 June 2025, 15 July 2025, 23 July 2025, 27 July 2025, 28 August 2025, 25 September 2025, 9 December 2025, 6 January 2026 and 7 January 2026.
Kindly be informed that, further Case Management (CM) of the above Suit PW745 was scheduled today, 27 January 2026. During the CM, the Applicants’ solicitor informed the Registrar that they have served the transfer application ("Enclosure 13") on the parties on 13 and 14 January 2026 respectively.
Solicitors for Mohammad Suffian bin Ismail and Ismail bin Othman & 5 Others informed the Registrar that their respective clients are opposing Enclosure 13.
The said Registrar then gave the following directions: (i) Affidavits in Opposition to be filed by 10 February 2026; and (ii) Applicants to file Affidavit in Reply by 24 February 2026.
The said Registrar then fixed Enclosures 1 and 13 for CM on 25 February 2026. The said Registrar also requested all parties to reconsider their respective stances in respect of Enclosure 13.
