The Board of Directors of CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (“CMRM” or “Manager”), the manager of CLMT, wishes to announce the Manager’s intention to seek approval from the unitholders of CLMT (“Unitholders”) to renew the authority to repurchase its own units of up to ten percent (10%) of the total number of units in CLMT issued at the forthcoming annual general meeting of CLMT to be convened at a date to be announced later.

The Statement to Unitholders containing details of the above proposal will be available on the website of CLMT together with the Annual Report 2025 of CLMT in due course.
