The Board of Directors of Geohan wishes to announce that Geohan Sdn. Bhd. (“GSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geohan, had on 28 January 2026 accepted two (2) letters of award with an aggregate value of RM32.2 million, appointing GSB as the contractor for the following works:-
(i) Piling and contiguous bored piling retaining wall works for the proposed construction of one (1) block of 46-storey stratified high-rise building (SOHO), awarded by Sunway Majestic Sdn. Bhd.; and
(ii) Piling works for the proposed construction of one (1) block of 47-storey serviced apartments comprising three (3) towers with 1,200 units, awarded by Sunway City (JB) Sdn. Bhd.
