The Board of Directors of Elridge Energy Holdings Berhad ("Elridge Energy" or "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 28 January 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") with Green Stream LLC ("Green Stream") (collectively referred to as the “Parties").

The purpose of the MoU is to establish a preliminary framework for cooperation to evaluate potential investments and business opportunities in the field of biomass and renewable energy, specifically within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("KSA") and the Gulf Cooperation Council (“GCC”) countries.
