BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 108,216,531 WARRANTS ("WARRANT(S)") IN AGX GROUP BERHAD ("AGB" OR "THE COMPANY") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) WARRANT FOR EVERY FOUR (4) EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN THE COMPANY HELD BY THE SHAREHOLDERS WHOSE NAMES APPEAR IN THE RECORD OF DEPOSITORS OF THE COMPANY AT 5.00PM ON 13 FEBRUARY 2026

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 12 Feb 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 13 Feb 2026

Remarks :

The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of AGB ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of AGB in due course.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the receipt of the quotation application by Bursa Securities.
