On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.1810 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.
The issue price of RM0.1810 represents a discount of RM0.0192 or approximately 9.59% to the 5-day VWAP of MGRC Shares up to and including 28 January 2026, being the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.2002 per MGRC Share.
