Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 29 October 2024, 28 January 2025, 28 April 2025, 30 May 2025, 25 August 2025 and 29 October 2025 in relation to the MOU between Agmo Studio Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and YYC GST Consultants Sdn. Bhd. (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to announce that the Parties are currently in discussions and negotiations with a view to finalising and executing a definitive agreement.
