We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 18 June 2025, as well as the updates provided in the Company’s Quarterly Results on material litigation. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Company has through its subsidiary, GLM Emerald Hills (Cheras) Sdn Bhd (“GLM EHills”) instructed its solicitors to file an application to the Kuala Lumpur High Court to set aside the arbitration award dated 16 June 2025 granted in favour of Barisan Performa Sdn Bhd (“BPSB”) (“Arbitration Award”). GLM EHills’ setting aside application included a prayer for stay of the enforcement proceedings by BPSB in respect of the Arbitration Award, pending the disposal of the setting aside application by the High Court.

GLM EHills’ setting aside application was heard together with BPSB’s application to enforce the Arbitration Award on 23 January 2026. On 29 January 2026, the Kuala Lumpur High Court ordered that GLM EHills’ setting aside application is allowed and that BPSB’s application to enforce the Arbitration Award is dismissed.
