Reference is made to NPS’ announcements dated 22 December 2025, 23 December 2025, 29 December 2025, 12 January 2026, 22 January 2026 and 23 January 2026 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
We wish to announce that the Company had on 29 January 2026, received a press notice from Kenanga IB, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the closing time and date for the acceptances of the Offer have been extended from 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Wednesday, 4 February 2026 to 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Friday, 27 February 2026 (“Extended Closing Date”). Save for the Extended Closing Date, all other details, terms and conditions of the Offer as set out in the Offer Document remain unchanged.
In accordance with paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the level of acceptances of the Offer as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Thursday, 29 January 2026 is set out in the attached press release.
