Reference is made to the Previous Announcements. The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Mega Fortris Berhad (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Court has fixed 10 February 2026 as the next case management for further directions to be provided on the Company’s Security for Costs and Striking Out applications filed against the Plaintiff on 11 December 2025.
