We wish to announce that CTOS-C21 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 January 2026 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM0.86730 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of CTOS shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than CTOS-C21's Exercise Price of RM0.95, holders of CTOS-C21 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised CTOS-C21 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the CTOS-C21 shall terminate absolutely.
