As the Closing Price is lower than SUPERMX-C5B's Exercise Price of RM0.70, holders of SUPERMX-C5B will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SUPERMX-C5B will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the SUPERMX-C5B shall terminate absolutely.
