The Board of Directors of EcoFirst Consolidated Bhd. (“ECB” or “Company”) wishes to announce that EcoFirst Homes Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as KE Management Services Sdn. Bhd.) and EcoFirst Living Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as EcoFirst Laboratories Sdn. Bhd.), both wholly-owned subsidiaries of ECB had on 30 January 2026 entered into sale and purchase agreements (“SPAs”) with Prisma Bumiraya Sdn. Bhd. (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (in Liquidation) and Akasia Dimensi Sdn. Bhd. (Receivers and Managers Appointed) for the acquisition of two (2) pieces of freehold lands for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Forty Five Million (RM45,000,000) only, subject to terms and conditions as contained in the SPAs.
