We refer to the announcements made on 10 September 2025, 12 September 2025, 7 November 2025, 11 November 2025, 24 December 2025, 29 December 2025 and 26 January 2026 in relation to amongst others, the Private Placement I (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 30 January 2026 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the 2nd tranche Private Placement I at RM0.0270 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price is at a discount of RM0.0030 or 10.00% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Handal Shares up to and including 29 January 2026 (being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.0300 per Handal Share.
