References are made to the announcements dated 19 February 2025, 1 August 2025, 18 August 2025, 26 August 2025, 18 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 in relation to the Disposal and Leaseback ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that MPTSB and MTrustee had, vide a letter of extension of time dated 30 January 2026, mutually agreed to further extend the Cut-Off Date from 1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026 to fulfil the Conditions Precedent in accordance with the SPA, subject to and conditional upon the following:

(i) MPTSB making full payment in respect of PDC’s consent application by 12 February 2026; and

(ii) MPTSB forwarding the documentary proof that the contractors have submitted the requisite forms to the architect for the purpose of issuance of CCC.
