Pursuant to Rule 9.19(37) of the Bursa’s AMLR, the Board of Directors of Asdion (“the Directors”) wishes to announce the details on disclaimer opinion in the external auditors’ report for the financial period ended 30 September 2025 which includes the steps taken or proposed to be taken to address the material uncertainty related to going concern and the time line involved.
