Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 August 2025, 29 August 2025 and 1 October 2025, and the circular to shareholders dated 17 October 2025 in relation to the Proposals ("Circular"). On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the following applications had been submitted to the relevant authorities on 3 February 2026:- i. the listing application, draft prospectus and application to Bursa Securities for the Proposed Transfer; ii. the application to Equity Compliance Unit of the Securities Commission Malaysia for the resultant equity structure of the Company pursuant to the Proposed Transfer; and iii. the application to Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry for the Proposed Transfer.
