- OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER EMPLOYEES' SHARE SCHEME ("ESS")

Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 28 June 2024, 25 July 2024, 02 August 2024 and 30 December 2024 in relation to the ESS, circular to shareholders dated 22 August 2024 in relation to the ESS (“Circular”) and the outcome of EGM dated 25 September 2024. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.

 

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 03 February 2026 made an offer of options to eligible directors and employees to subscribe for the new ordinary shares in the Company ("Share(s)") under the Company's ESS ("Options"), the details of which are set out below:
