We refer to the Company’s First Announcement dated 18 November 2021 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Practice Note (“PN17”) and the Company’s announcements dated 4 September 2024, 10 September 2024,  23 January 2025, and 25 July 2025 in relation to the EOT Application.

Reference is also made to the announcements dated 9 May 2023, 25 April 2024, 5 July 2024 and 19 August 2024 in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan of the Company, of which has been approved by Bursa Securities.

Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Company’s announcements in relation to the Regularisation Plan.

On 30 January 2026, M & A Securities had, on behalf of the Board, announced that Bursa had vide its letter dated 18 August 2025 granted the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 18 February 2026 to implement the Regularisation Plan. As at the date of the announcement, the Company has yet to complete the Scheme of Arrangement, Share Capital Reduction and Employees’ Share Scheme under the Regularisation Plan.  An application has been submitted to Bursa Securities to seek further extension of time of 6 months up to 18 August 2026 to complete the implementation of the Regularisation Plan.

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) regarding any development on the above matter.
