With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SCGBHD, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

SCGBHD-CR is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 31 October 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The SCGBHD-CR is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 12 November 2025 and the Term Sheet for the SCGBHD-CR dated 04 February 2026.

A summary of the principal terms of the SCGBHD-CR is set out in Table 1.
