Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 19 March 2025, 8 April 2025, 5 May 2025, 23 May 2025, 4 June 2025, 21 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 17 November 2025 and 25 November 2025 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 4 February 2026 submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time of 1 month from 8 February 2026 up to 7 March 2026  for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
