Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meanings as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.
The Board hereby announces that the Company and Malacca Securities have mutually agreed to terminate Malacca Securities’ services as the adviser for the Proposals (“Termination”).
Subsequent to the Termination, the Company has appointed TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) as the replacement adviser for the Proposals. TA Securities will make the necessary announcements on behalf of the Board in relation to the Proposals and any revisions thereto in due course.
