Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 4 August 2025 and 4 November 2025. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements.

The Board of Directors of JPG wishes to announce that there is no material development pertaining to the MOU entered into between Johor Plantations Group Berhad and PIJ Holdings Sdn Bhd. The Company shall make further announcements as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU.
