| Subject | The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to clarify that there was a typogrphical error in respect of the date for submission of proxy form as stated in the Circular dated 29 January 2026 as announced on 30 January 2026, with specific reference to paragraph 8 of page 1 of the Circular. "Last date and time for lodging the Proxy Form : 11 February 2026, at 10:30 a.m." However, there was an incorrect document inadvertently uploaded in the announcement dated 4 February 2026 (12:55noon) The correction relates to the date of submission of proxy form only. Save for the above clarification, all other infiormation contained in the Circular dated 29 January 2026 which was originally announced on 30 January 2026 remains unchanged. |
