Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Analabs wishes to inform that the aggregate purchase consideration of quoted securities by Analabs Group within the preceding 12 months which has not been announced, has exceeded 5% of Analabs Group’s audited consolidated net assets as at 30 April 2025.

The details of the aggregate purchase consideration of the quoted securities by Analabs Group within the preceding 12 months which has not been announced previously are as follows:-

Aggregate Purchase Consideration: RM28,622,324.00

% of the Audited Consolidated Net Assets: 5.86%

As at 4 February 2026, the investments in quoted securities held by Analabs Group are set out below:-

i)          Total Cost: RM488,887,592.77
ii)         Book Value: RM629,647,008.52

iii)        Market Value: RM629,647,008.52
