We refer to the announcements dated 28 January 2026 and 29 January 2026 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of CMRM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 4 February 2026, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 109,000,000 new CLMT Units to be issued pursuant to the DRP for the Final Income Distribution, subject to the following conditions:

1. CLMT and CIMB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the DRP;
2. CLMT and CIMB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the DRP;
3. CLMT to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the DRP is completed;
4. CLMT to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by shareholders at the next general meeting for the issuance of units pursuant to the DRP in the event that the existing authority has expired prior to the full implementation of the DRP; and
5. Payment of additional listing fee, if any, based on the final issue price together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable.
