Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Keyfield wishes to announce that on 4 February 2026, Keyfield Resolute Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keyfield has entered into a shipbuilding contract with Jiangsu Shunhong Marine Technology Co., Ltd. for the shipbuilding of a New DP2 AHTS with diesel-electric engine for a contract price of USD18.0 million (equivalent to RM70.7 million at the exchange rate of USD1:RM3.9270, the middle rate as at 3 February 2026 5.00 p.m., as quoted by Bank Negara Malaysia).
