We refer to the Company’s Announcements dated 2 October 2025, 6 October 2025 and 16 October 2025 in relation to EHB’s application to Bursa Securities for Extension of Time to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 15 October 2025 granted the Company an extension of time of six months (6) until 25 March 2026 to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements.

Based on the Record of Depositors as at 31 December 2025, the Company's public shareholding spread was at 15.89% .

As at the date this announcement, EHB has yet to formulate any rectification plan to address the shortfall in the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement. The Company will explore options to meet the shortfall in the public shareholding spread and make the necessary announcements in relation to the status of its effort to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement.
