- ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO RULE 9.20 OF THE ACE MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS

Pursuant to Rule 9.20 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, MLABS SYSTEMS BERHAD (“MLABS” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that as at 5 February 2026, the aggregate value of quoted securities acquired by MLABS that has not been announced for the preceding twelve (12) months has exceeded 5% of MLABS’s latest audited consolidated net assets as at 30 June 2025. The details of the investment in the quoted securities are as follows:
