We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over common stocks of NVIDIA by way of market making.
The NVIDIA-C3 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The NVIDIA-C3 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 October 2025. The NVIDIA-C3 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 October 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 14 November 2025 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 22 January 2026.
