CLMT - Notice of Book Closure

Final income distribution of 1.91 sen per CLMT Unit (of which 1.16 sen per CLMT Unit is taxable and 0.75 sen per CLMT Unit is non-taxable in the hands of the CLMT unitholders) for the period from 7 August 2025 to 31 December 2025 ("Final Income Distribution") 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Income” as from: 20 Feb 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 23 Feb 2026
3) Date Payable : 25 Mar 2026

Remarks :

On 28 January 2026, the Board of Directors of CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (the "Board"), the manager of CapitaLand Malaysia Trust ("CLMT"), announced CLMT's fourth quarter results ended 31 December 2025 and approved the above Final Income Distribution.

The Board had also determined that CLMT's Distribution Reinvestment Plan ("DRP") shall be applied to the Final Income Distribution where the gross electable portion will be the entire 1.91 sen per CLMT Unit (of which 1.16 sen per CLMT Unit is taxable and 0.75 sen per CLMT Unit is non-taxable in the hands of CLMT's Unitholders) of the Final Income Distribution ("Electable Portion"). Please refer to the announcement dated 28 January 2026 for the details of the DRP.

Additionally, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 19 August 2020, resolved to approve the waiver sought by CLMT from complying with Paragraph 9.19(2)(a)(ii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities by providing an additional 5 market days from the required 1-month timeframe from the book closing date to pay CLMT's income distribution (in cash or new units) under its DRP.
