Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 28 August 2025 wherein Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 28 August 2025, granted the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 7 February 2026 to submit a regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Reneuco, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that it had on even date submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of 6 months up to 7 August 2026 for the Company to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant authorities.

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Securities with regards to the development of the regularisation plan in due course.
