We wish to announce that GREATEC-C19 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 06 February 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of GREATEC-C19 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of GREATEC-C19 x (RM1.7490 - RM1.5000) x (1/3.5)
= Number of GREATEC-C19 x RM0.0711
The Closing Price of RM 1.7490 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the GREATEC Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
