Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 7 July 2025, 8 July 2025, 9 July 2025, and 7 August 2025 in relation to the Winding Up Petition No. WA-28NCC-566-05/2025 ("Petition") served by Lau King Yew ("the Petitioner") against the Company, Onetech Solutions Holdings Berhad (“First Respondent”), One ERP Solutions Sdn Bhd (“Second Respondent”), Tan Yuh Pei ("Third Respondent") and Koh Kean Mum ("Forth Respondent").

The Board of Directors of Onetech wishes to inform that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur, presided over by YA Tuan Suhendran Sockanathan, has delivered its decision today, 6 February 2026.

The Court has ordered that the Petitioner’s Winding Up Petition be dismissed. In dismissing the Petition, the Court further ordered the Petitioner to pay costs in the amount of RM30,000.00 to the Respondents.

The dismissal of the Petition reaffirms the Company’s initial position that the Petitioner's claims were without merit. The outcome of this litigation is not expected to have any material adverse impact on the operational or financial position of the Onetech Group, save for the legal costs previously incurred.
