1. INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors of AWC is pleased to announce that the subsidiaries under Stream Group Sdn. Bhd., namely Stream Environment Sdn. Bhd. (“SEMY”) and Stream Environment (S) Pte. Ltd, (“SESG”), have on 14 January 2026, 5 February 2026 and 6 February 2026, successfully secured three (3) projects for the design, build and operation of automated pneumatic waste collection systems (“AWCS”) across Malaysia and Singapore (collectively, the “Projects”).

2. DETAILS OF THE PROJECTS

The Projects comprise installations for private residential developments and public facilities, with an aggregate contract value of approximately RM26.6 million.

The Projects involve the integrated design, construction and operational delivery of automated pneumatic waste collection systems.

The Projects are expected to commence from January 2026 and are anticipated to be completed by August 2029, subject to the respective project requirements and commencement instructions issued by the relevant employers.

3. RISK FACTORS

The Group does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational and execution risks associated with AWCS projects of this nature. SEMY and SESG have strong track records and extensive experience in delivering similar automated waste collection systems projects across Malaysia and Singapore, which provides confidence in the successful execution of the Projects.

4. FINANCIAL IMPACT

The Projects are expected to contribute positively and progressively to the earnings and net assets of the AWC Group over the contract periods.

5. INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS, MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS AND/OR PERSONS CONNECTED

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of AWC and/or persons connected with them has any direct or indirect interest in the Projects.

6. STATEMENT BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors of AWC, having considered all aspects of the Projects, is of the opinion that the acceptance of the Projects is in the ordinary course of business, supports the Group’s order book growth, and is in the best interest of the Company.
