The Board of Directors of Express Powerr (“Board”) wishes to announce that Express Mission Sdn Bhd (“Express Mission”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has accepted three (3) Letters of Award (“LOA”) (collectively referred to as the “Contracts”) for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of generator sets for a public transportation project in Sarawak (“Project”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Works”), with an aggregate value of approximately RM8.3 million.

The Contracts provide an opportunity for the Group to expand its customer base and market presence to include a new state, Sarawak.
