We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 57,000,000 European-style noncollateralised cash settled put warrants over NDX by way of market making.

The NDX-HQ is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The NDX-HQ is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The NDX-HQ is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under NDX-HQ are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
