Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 2 September 2025 and 25 November 2025 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. 


The Board wishes to announce that there has been no further material development pertaining to the MOU I entered into with Inventec and ASICAI. MOU II entered into with ASICAI has since expired.
