Reference is made to CCB’s announcements dated 13 October 2023, 16 October 2023, 10 November 2023, 27 December 2023, 9 January 2024, 19 February 2024 and 12 December 2024 (“the Announcements”).

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of CCB wishes to announce that pursuant to the hearing of the application by the 2nd to 8th Defendants to strike out the suit against them (“2nd to 8th Defendants’ Application”) on 10 February 2026, the 2nd to 8th Defendants’ Application is granted, with costs of RM4,000.00 awarded to the 2nd to 8th Defendants’. Hence, the suit is struck out against the 2nd to 8th Defendants.

The judge has fixed 14 April 2026 to deliver the decision for the application by the 1st Defendant & 9th Defendant to strike out the suit against them, and for a case management for the main suit.

The Company will make the necessary announcement as and when there are material developments in relation thereto.
